What should you keep in mind during your first kiss?

You should probably try to see what you look like in the mirror. Try not to do this. Since you're an amateur, I'd recommend keeping your eyes open until you make contact.

Don't point. She knows where to aim for.

Look for some visual clues that she is ready to be kissed.

Take aim. This may take a few tries to hit the target, but just do your best.

Then, lay it on.

Don't bite. Not just yet, anyway. Apply the KISS (pun intended) principle (Keep It Simple Stupid), until you get the hang of things. You don't want your date to wind up needing stitches.

Keep swallowing your saliva
Lay off the tongue. Too many guys overuse it because they've seen a porno movie with people doing this. Even if some people like it, not safe for a first kiss.

Keep in mind that you won't put someone off because you hold back a little bit the first time, you might put them off if you're over eager. Start with small kisses and ease into the big one as you gain confidence and passion.

Before the thing happens youre mouth should be at least in the same condition that your partner's is.
I mean you don't have to worry for not having a fresh breath if you both ate pasta with garlic for dinner.

During the thing: close your eyes and let your finest instincts take over. This ensures that you have the strongest sensorial experience.

After the thing: Don't ask the partner how it was, what she/he felt or if it was as good as expected !

The mouth is extremely sensitive to touch, taste and temperature, so you can be gentle, tender and loving to your partner.

Keep it dry. No tongue on your first kiss! It will totally freak out the other person. Also, holding is good. Hold your partner around their waist or cheek (if female) or you can put your arms around his neck. But it keep it short and sweet. And romantic. And eyes closed. It would be a bit creepy to open to open your eyes to find the other person watching you.

The whole point is that you don't keep anything in mind.

Make sure you enjoy the drumroll...the moments leading up to the kiss. Don't be in a hurry to get there :)
