Scandals. Unwholesome children's TV drama

There was a children's drama programme made in Australia in the 1970s called More Winners. It was presumably called Winners during the first series. Each programme was a self-contained drama with different actors playing different characters than the other programmes in the series. To anyone who watched the programmes I saw and was paying attention there was clearly something not as it should be about some of the More Winners programmes from the '70s. There was a scene where two teenage girls were outdoors and one said to the other 'Take all your clothes off at once!'. This was immediately followed by a cut that looked to me like censorship more than a cut made by the programme's editor as it just seemed like a strange place for an edit. This line of dialogue was commented upon by a woman on a TV programme and I had also found it very strange that such a line of dialogue had been included in a children's drama. There was another scene where a woman and her very young daughter who was perhaps a toddler were in the garden and there was a close-up of her looking at her tiny daughter with a look of lust on her face. I wasn't mistaken, it was quite clear that the director had instructed the actress to look lustfully downward. More Winners was still being made comparatively recently and it's only the era from the 1970s that I'm referring to. I was watching a programme years later and an Australian woman mentioned that there had been a sexual abuse scandal in Australia centred around a children's television drama programme although she didn't mention the title of it. I assumed she was referring to More Winners circa the '70s.
