Diary 25th june 09

Weight today: 15st 1lb
Total loss: 4lbs

So it is working, at a reasonably quick rate so far 4lbs in 2 days is quite good. Looking forward to seeing further results. I need to do more exercise to help my progress along, think i will take a morning walk to burn some extra fat off. I was reflecting on my past attempts to lose weight last night, i remember when i was 19 and i went without food for a whole week and lost 1st, i had to stop then as people became suspicious so this time i am being more careful to avoid detection. When i am home with my boyfriend i eat dinner with him, i just make sure my portions are small so i dont impede my progress too much and i'm not tempted to go over the top and binge when he is there anyway. There are some nights that he works so those days i am expecting to be my most productive. At work it is easy as we are all exceptionally busy so i can easily work through lunch. If anyone questions me I'll just say i had a big breakfast and i'm not really hungry. I'm finding the pyramid on my home page a useful guide to what i should consume and am drinking plenty of water, some diet coke and coffee and of course the cigarettes take away hunger pangs too. Not planning on venturing into the world of diet pills at any point tho. If i take any pills they will be vitamins to make sure i stay healthy.
