@ BUDVA - Original Ilir colony mentioned in IV cen. BC, with Greek name BUDHOE. In the early middle age belonged Dalmatia. Saracens ruined Budva in the 841 and in the 867y. Nemanjic took over this city from1183y. After1368y, family BALSIC posseseed Budva. From1442 to 1797y, Venice took over this city. In the1667y, the big earthquake happened and occupied rendom by Austria, Russia and France. From1814y belonged to Austria, to Austra-Hungary monarchy. BUDVA is located on the small peninsula, which was island and later sandbank linked to land.
* Becici is small town east of Budva,with two kilometars long sand beach.
* San Stefan, is peninsula connected with land by sundbank. This sundbank developed from deposit of sand and gravel, wich have been moving by sea waves in opposite direction. Community founded family PASTROVIC. As the town-hotel Sv.Stefan was opened in the1960. with 110 comfort apartmens.
* Petrovac-Milocer, is the city at Montenegrin coast,southeast from Budva.Town is built from base of Vinice fortress Kastel Lastva, and up to1919y it was name of this town.
* Sutomore, is located nortwest from Bar. Near town are two foreses Golobrdo from Turks time 1862 year and Haj-Nehaj from Vinice time.
@ PORT BAR - is town and port at coast Montenegro. It is located in the base of mountan Rumija (1594m). It is consistd of old and new city Bar. Bar is the first mentioned in IX cen. In the early middle age. Byzantuim commanded in Bar. In the1183y, Stefan Nemanja conquered Bar. In this period Bar highly prospered. In the1443y belonged to Venice.Turks took over Bar in the 1571y. Montenegrins liberated Bar1878y.
@ ULCINJ - is located at souteast part of Adriatic sea.There is a long sand beach up to mouth of river Bojana. In the Port-Milena is great saltworks. The oldest part of town was sunk in the sea during earthquake in 1444 year. These partr of town are still visible. Presend...
