The Lily Cliff

It was once said that in a remote cliff there lived a single lily bud. When it was growing it looked like just a simple strained of grass. And though it was so, it was very sure that one day it would turn into a beautiful flower. All the wild grass and other plants were always mocking her. Even the birds and insects kept on depriving her, they said, "Even if you grew up to be a beautiful flower, because you were placed in such a remote cliff, no one would be able to enjoy your beauty and no one would come to see you."

Being made fun in such a way, the little plant just kept quiet. On the contrary, she kept on making sure that she absorbed as much water as she could and made the best use of the sun to strengthen her body. Finally one day at springtime, the first bud bloomed. She felt so happy. All her efforts weren't wasted and this added up to her confidence and self respect. The lily kept on telling herself, "I will bloom into the most beautiful flower ever. It doesn't matter if whether anyone else can enjoy my existence. I still have to bloom and my own sely, - a lily -.

Time passed. Finally, that one single lily bud had bloomed into such a beauty. And there she was blooming and being herself. No one made fun of her anymore, not the bushes nor the insects nor the birds.
Lily kept on strengthening her roots and growing. From one single bud into two and kept on growing until finally the whole cliff was all covered with lilies. The once remote and deserted cliff turned out to be a beautiful place covered with lilies and it started to invite a lot of crowds. From all over the place people came to enjoy the amazing views of white covered cliff. The place was then well known as, "The Lily Cliff".

>>"Take doubts and mockery as a leverage to strengthen our will and fight with our best ability. Prove to people that all dreams can come true.">>
