What to look out for:
• Difficulty in breathing
• Rapid pulse
• Red, blotchy skin rash
• Swelling of face and neck
• Puffy eyes

What to do:
1. Send for an ambulance.

2. Sit the casualty down and help them find a position which enables them to breathe comfortably.

3. If they become unconscious, put them in the recovery position, monitor their breathing and pulse, and be ready to start artificial ventilation or cardiopulmonary resuscitation if necessary.
