Install java on w.m.

There's always a Java Midlet Manager or Java vm (jvm) with your phones - this allows you to store and play Java games and apps.

The Java games/apps usually come in the form of "midlets" - these are recognised by the file type *.jar. Now, all you need to do is grab a .JAR file, then copy it across to somewhere on your Smartphone, then run it.

Download game (.JAR file)
Sync phone, then copy .JAR file across to \Storage\My Documents
Using internal file browser on the phone, click and run .JAR file
This loads up the Java Midlet Manager and will install the file
Once this is done you can re-run the game simply by launching the Java Midlet Manager - the steps above simply INSTALL it.

After this, it's just a matter of getting the latest .JAR file and installing it!

*** solution 2 ***

before install games to your phone, make sure the java games is compatible with your mobile phones, know your phone first especially entertainment capability features, including operation system or platform (like symbian, windows mobile, java mobile, flash etc), display screen resolution (like 128x160, 176x208, 176x220, 240x320, 320x240, 352x416 etc), 3D java support etc. (get free java games here) . If you get any sort of error, it's possible the games isn't compatible/or is not designed for your model. You will need to obtain a specific version for your model.

first of all Make sure the game is in a jar format (*.jar file) not a zipped file (*.zip or *.rar), most of games here are .jar format. If it has the zip or rar extension open the file in Winrar/winzip (download winrar) and look at its contents, if it has lots of files like a.class and image files then rename the *.rar (or *.zip) file as *.jar and transfer that to your phone. If in the zipped file it has a jar file and other files, extract just the jar file and transfer it to your phone. some phone models also need .jad format file to install the game, check out this post: Create .Jad file for .jar format Java games and apps, download any of .jad generator tools, create your .jad file and transfer .jar and .jad file to your phone.

When transfering the java games to your phone via usb cable, bluetooth, infrared, memory card (how to transfer photos, ringtones, games to your phhone), the games and applications folder may not appear, this is normal. All you have to do is copy the file to the root directory (the main folder) and the phone will put the files into the correct places itself. There is no need to put the game in the others folder as it will just be a waste of time and the game will not work.

open/run the jar file to install the games, then enjoy it.
