40.having very bad aching in my anal parts

Q: I m having very bad aching in my anal
part in and out. Is anyone of you know any cream or
ointment?

A:

There could be several reasons for your
discomfort:

Since you say you have not had anal intercourse
for over 9 months, we can almost certainly disregard
the possibility of scratching and tearing of the
thin anal tissue due to rough sex or due to lack of
lubrication during sex

One possible reason for the itching could be
irritation brought about either by undercleaning the
are or over cleaning the area. The anal region is
very sensitive and if it is not kept clean after
each bowel movement, residual fecal matter could
cause irritation of the tissue since fecal matter is
acidic. Also, bacteria from the fecal matter could
enter any irritated and torn tissue in and around
the sphincter and cause infection, inflamation and
pain. If you think this may be the reason for your
itchiness, simply change your cleaning habits and
ensure the rectal are is properly cleaned after each
bowel movement. using only toilet tissue is not good
enough.....the area must be cleaned throughly with
lots and lots of water. and gently wiped clean with
the tissue.

On the other hand, if you are overly hygienic and
tend to keep the are extremely clean using harsh
soaps, this may also irritate the skin and dry it
out enough to cause itching....when scratched, this
gives way to further irritation due to contact of
torn tissue to acidic fecal matter. If you think
this may be the cause of yoru irritation, try using
very mild soaps to clean the area and a little bit
of moisturizing lotion may not hurt either...just
make sure the lotion is as chemical free (
hypoellergenic and fragrance free) as possible.

Another cause of rectal irritation may be piles or
hamerroids. these are caused by over straining the
rectal tissue due to hard bowel movement and
constipation. If the condition is mild, one can find
relief by eating a high fibre diet and drinking lots
of water, Cut out diuretics such as caffiene which
tend to dehydrate the body. Also, avoid spicy and
hot foods (ie: lots of red chillies) which can also
irritate the thin rectal tissues. Also, you may find
relief from topical ointments for mild cases of
piles such as a product called "Preparation H". If
the condition is severe and very painful, I strongly
suggest you go see your doctor and have it remedied
professionally.

That said, one more thing comes to mind. Even if
you have not had anal sex in several months, you may
have been infected by a sexually transmitted desease
by your partner. There are some STD bacterias and
viruses which can infect the rectum. If your
discomfort began after yoru last sexual encounter
and you suspect STD infection, I STRONGLY urge that
you have it checked out by a doctor before things
can get worse.

Do you suffer from constipation? Do you suffer
from piles (hemmerroids)? Did you have rough sex?
Did you get fucked (or fuck yourself) with some
rough foreign items? Did you eat food that was as
hot as hell? Each of these circumstances would
warrant a different answer. If you get the time, do
clarify this for us and we will try to guide u to
the right path.

actually, i would like to answer this question too.
It's almost similar with my own experience.
mmm.... you know, after we had anal sex, sometimes we
experienced an uncomfortable feelings on our "rear
end".
well.... i use a special lotion to ease the feeling.
It made of ALOE VERRA. The lotion will make our rear
end feel comfortable and chill. This a very useful
lotion, even when you had a skin burnt, you can use it
too without any scar left on your skin.
Also when your finger cutted of by a knife accidently.

But, I don't know whether I am the only one who can
use the lotion or everyone can use it.
Even, the dermathologist said it's alergic free, but
still i am not sure.

So, if anyone of your member want to give it a try,
please send me an email directly.
I will try to advise them to use it, but of course...
there's possibility that anyone else probably don't
get the possitive effect of this lotion. Cause
everyone skin is different to one another.

But, the most thing I know, this lotion will make our
skin (or tissue) to be calm after a long and "hard
working" period.

In any case , If your pain is unbearable,
please do not hesitate to visit your family doctor
and get checked out!!
