And the ways you can use it-

You can use in the Bath - Add up to 8x drops of your chosen Oil to the bath water. Lay back in the bath for up to 15x minutes, and just relax. Footbaths - Add up too 5x drops of Oil to warm water. And soak for up to 15x minutes. The best Oils for the Foot Bath are Juniper, Cypress, Lemon and Tea Tree Oil. Sauna - Stir up to 4x drops of your chosen Oil in water and then splash on the hot stones. Inhalation - Use up to 4x drops of your chosen Oil to 1x pint of water. Add the Oil to hot water and hold your head over the bowl and drape a towel over your head and bowl, and inhale the aroma for up to 5x minutes. Be careful with the hot water and if you have long hair tie it back out of the face. Hair Rinse - Mix 4x drops of Oil to 1x litre of water and use as you need for whatever problem. Skin Lotion - add 10x drops of your chosen Oil to 50ml of spring water use as required on your skin.
