The best Oils to use when feeling tense, is a choice of one of these oils Bergamot, Jasmine, Lavender, Neroli, Orange or Rose Oil. Choose a Oil, and mix it with a Carrier Oil and add 5ml of oil to 20ml of carrier oil. Add and mix together and get a bit at a time and massage in circular motion. Wrap a warm towel round your head for up to 15x minutes then rinse off. And dry.
