APRICOT MILKSHAKE

820 g APRICOT HALVES (2 CANS)
1.6 l MILK
650 ml VANILA ICE CREAM
10 DROPS VANILA ESANS

STRAIN FRUIT. ADD INGREDINTS TO BLENDER. BLEND AT HIGH SPEED FOR 2 MINUTES.

10-12 PORTIONS

CARAMEL MILKSHAKE

250 g BUTTER
450 g BROWN SUGAR
DASH SALT
2 l MILK
1,2 l VANILA ICE CREAM
5 DROPS CARAMEL ESSANCE

MELT BUTTER, SUGAR, SALT AND 250 ml MILK OVER MEDIUM HEAT. UNTIL MIXTURE BOILS. MIX WITH REST OF INGREDIENTS IN BLENDER. BLEND FOR 1 MINUTE.

8-10 PORTIONS

SERVE IN A HIGHBALL GLASS.

CHOCOLATE MILKSHAKE

1 l MILK
35 ml CACOA
10 ml INSTANT COFFEE
140 ml SUGAR
10 ml VANILA ESSANCE
10 ICE CUBES

MIX INGREDIENTS IN BLENDER. UNTIL FOAMING. ADD ICE CUBES SLOWLEY AND BLEND FOR 3-5 SECONDS.
SERVE ICE COLD.

MAKES 3-5 PORTIONS

SERVE IN A HIGHBALL GLASS.

ORANGE MILKSHAKE

450 ml ORANGE CONSENTRATE
500 ml LEMONADE
1 l VANILA ICE CREAM
35 ml HONEY
4 ICE CUBES

MIX INGREDIENTS IN BLENDER. BLEND FOR 10 SECONDS. SERVE ON ICE.

4-6 PORTIONS

SERVE IN A HIGHBALL GLASS.


STRAWBERRY MILKSHAKE

650 gr STRAWBERRYS
850 l ICE WATER
200 g MILK POWDER (AFGEROOMDE)
5 ml VANILA ESSANCE
55 ml SUGAR

MIX 600 g STRAWBERRYS AND THE REST OF THE INGREDIENT IN BLENDER FOR 1 MINUTES.
GARNISH WITH STRAWBERRY HALVES.

2-4 PORTIONS
