Beneficial – Raw Vegetables. Fresh Fruits. Dried Figs, Garlic. Karela [bitter Melon], Coriander, Methi [Fenugreek] Seeds and Butter Milk.
Harmful – Meat,Eggs,Fish, Cheese, Butter, Clarified Butter, Sweets, Sweetened Milk, Whole Dried Milk, Deep-Fried Food, Pickles, Ice Cream, Coconuts and Liquor.
