Motion sickness

Preparation before a long journey.

1) Grate 2cm fresh ginger root into a heat-resistant glass jug.
2) Add a dash of ground cayenne pepper.
3) Pour on boilin water & steep 4 around 5 mins.
4) Strain off the liquid & sip a cup half an hour before ur journey. U can take the remainin liquid in a thermos flask.
5) The spicy remedy should taste quite palatable, but sweeten with honey if desired.
