About three weeks ago i split up with my bf. Since then i haven´t been myself. I have started to become obsessed and follow my ex home from school. I also ring him then hang up, just to hear his voice. Please help i need to get over him!

help needed, 15, sheffield

+ ok stop panicking. First of all talk to someone close to you and tell them about your trauma. Sometimes breaking up does hurt, but you mustn´t let yourself lose control! Ok, so if you wanna call him, don´t! Call a mate instead, and join some after school clubs so that you won´t be tempted to follow him home. Or arrange to walk with a friend! Even let your mates drag you to parties, and let yourself go. Flirt with some lush guys and try to forget him! Also, read my ´get over him´ section. And remember that it does take some time, and he sooooo is NOT worth it! Jenn +

i´ve just found out that my girlfriend has been two-timing me! When i confronted her she swore it didn´t mean anything, and she wants us to stay together. I still love her but how can i trust her?
Liam

poor you! Ok, so did she confess to you or did you have to find out for yourself? If she confessed then she obviously likes you and she´s been feeling guilty, and you should respect her for that. But if you found out and then she confessed...oh i dunno. She could have carried on two-timing until you found out, and thats bad. You should have a break for a minute, to think things through. After all it is your decision. Just don´t pick up where you left off unless you think that she has definitly changed! Jenn

Me and my boyfriend were aruing, and it wasn't really anything unnormal, but then the argument got really heated, and he hit me across the face. I was really shocked, and the moment he did it, he started apologising, and saying that he didn't mean it. What can I do? I really love him, but don't want to get beaten up... Please help

Distressed, 17

This is a really tricky one, but it is always best to get out of the realtionship as fast as you can. You have to make sure that he will never do it again or he will never change, and who knows what he will do next. If it happens again, be strong and walk away. Guys like him are cowards...
