The "boss" under Jezebel, will have many of the following traits: 1) The manager will crave authority, and go to any lengthr to aquire it. Very often these lengths are devious. - Use dishonest means to get elected. - Use flattery to carry favour with his superiors. - To claim as their own the efforts and ideas of their subordinates.
They will show no outward aknowledgement that their ill-gotten gain was dishonorable.

2) Once in a position of authority, the Jezebel manager will begin to do many of the following: *He/she will be incapable of delegating responsibility. *He/she will be obsessed with a need to dominate or control others. *They will go out of their way to SHOW THE INCOMPETENCE OF OTHERS, but in the same breath exalt their own highly gifted expertise in this field.
*Their need to control others, often crosses over that boundary of "private space", ridicule a smoker for his weakness in front of his subordinates. They will continually highlight their own strengths, by ridiculing the lack of these same virtues in certain other individuals on their staff.
The outcome of a Jezebel in management is fairly predictable: Division, mistrust, high staff turnover, always about to get the job done but never getting there.
