STEP 1 DRINK WATER
If you have a headache, before trying reflexology, drink a glass of water.
In the case of headaches, drinking water before
you start makes reflexology work in better.

STEP 2 ROTATE THE JOINTS
For thumb: This step basically gives you energy, increases blood circulation
and relaxes the bones present in your skull. Many bones in your skull,
jaw and first half of your neck are represented by the bones
and joints of your fingers and toes. Put your palm flat
on a table or any flat surface that’s available.
Now hold your thumb near the base joint
(where your thumb and hand connects)
and while holding it rotate that
joint (that has been held)
in a slow motion.
Clockwise first and then anti-clockwise.
Do it ten times. Now, press on to the area of
your thumb that is just above the second joint
(keeping your hand flat on the table all this while)
and twist it from side to side for about five seconds and
then rotate in a circular motion for a few seconds one way and then the other.

For fingers: Follow the same procedure as that for the thumb.
Repeat the steps that you did to the area above the thumb
to the consecutive joints in your fingers.
