Ever wished u had the right solution 4 those annoying little household problems? Wish no more. Here r a few tips. Hope they´ll b of use 2 u. [><][><][><][><][><]
CANDLE WAX (c)(a)(n)(d)(l)(e) If candle wax falls on surface or clothing, scrape as much off as you possibly can, with a dull knife, not to damage, then place between two paper/cloth napkins and press with a warm iron. ~*~<*>~*~<*>~*~ CHEWING GUM (c)(h)(e)(w)(i)(n)(g*(g)(u)(m) The best method is to put the item, garment/shoe, yes the shoe...., in a plastic bag and put in freezer for a while, then the gum will easily peel off. The plastic bag is to prevent frost. *******<*>******
CHOCOLATE (c)(h)(o)(c)(o)(l)(a)(t)(e) If chocolate is in garment, massage some glycerine in fabric, rub it in well and then wash. @@@@@@@@@@@@@@@ COFFEE STAIN (c)(o)(f)(f)(e)(e) Soak the cloth overnight in some white vinegar & water solution, and then hang, while dripping, in the sun to dry, then wash as usual. Coffee stain will come out. ~*~<*>~*~<*>~*~
BALL POINT INK (p)(e)(n)(i)(n)(k) Sponge the stain repeatedly with acetone/nail polish remover, then washing after, will get rid of the stain. BE CAREFUL with acetone/remover, DO NOT place/ put directly on material, especially quilted spreads, IT WILL RUIN IT! ¡!¡!¡!¡!¡!¡!¡!¡!¡!¡!¡!¡!¡!¡!¡!¡!¡!¡
GREASE STAIN (g)(r)(e)(a)(s)(e) Some grease stains can be removed by rubbing some detergent on the grease stain, then wash in warm water. If you spill gravy/oil on your clothes, IMMEDIATELY pour a great amount of talcum powder on the area and watch as the powder absorbs the oil, and you can lift it right off. Then wash as usual. ~*~<*>~*~<*>~*~
LIP STICK STAIN (l)(i)(p)(s)(t)(i)(c)(k) Lipstick on white shirt - put glycerine on stain and leave on for a while, then wash as usual. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
MILDEW (m)(i)(l)(d)(e)(w) Treat with chlorine bleach, wash as usual. Or soak in milk /soured milk (milk can be made sour by squeezing lime juice in it.) pour on area then wash. >:<[><]>:<[><]>:<[><]
SHOE POLISH (p)(o)(l)(i)(s)(h) Try applying some rubbing alcohol and the stain will go. BE MODERATE in the use of anything/everything. [><][><][><][><][><]
KITCHEN SINK STAINS (s)(t)(a)(i)(n)(s) Rub the surface with a light scouring pad after applying bleach, or leave bleach on overnight and then clean in the morning. @@@@@@@@@@@@@@@
STEAM IRONS * (i)(r)(o)(n)(s) * To clean steam irons, pour plain white vinegar in the iron (distilled water should really be used in steam irons, but if you don´t, this will help.) shake the iron with vinegar and then shake it out. To clean outside of iron put vinegar/bleach on cotton and clean. You can also rub a candle on the face of the iron while it´s warm and then rub off. It works wonderfully. The face will be clean and shine, just as new. ~*~<*>~*~<*>~*~
Did you know that if you put some salt (1 tea spoon) in warm water then sprinkle clothes, they will not smell of mildew while ironing? Sometimes because we are so busy we don´t get around to do the ironing, they are put aside and then when we are ready to do them they may have that smell, so this will eliminate that. When your clothes are sprinkled before ironing they require less spray starch. §§§§§§§§§§§§§§§
SINUS PROBLEMS (s)(i)(n)(u)(s) Tired of taking pills? Boil one (1) gallon of water, add two (2) table spoons salt, after water cools, store for daily use. Pour in container that your nose can go into and pull up water solution in nose a few times per day. It really works! ¡!¡!¡!¡!¡!¡!¡!¡!¡!¡!¡!¡!¡!¡!¡!¡!¡!¡
