My tips
1)dont start in the first place 2)keep a journal : fill it with thoughts,feelings, quotes, thinspiration pics, pics of food etc 3)write out an exercise plan and decide howmany calories u r guna have.then stick 2 it! 4)join a web ring/ group. 5)get a fasting buddy. 6)prepare to become constipated as hell,black out, faint,lose ur hair,be in constant pain,lose friends/ concentration,and lastly control.
