*HOMEMADE CHICKEN CURRY*
*what ul need*
Medium hot curry power,tikka masala curry powder,diced chicken,1 pot of single cream,carrots,peas
*method*
Fry chicken till all of its white,put chicken in a medium size saucepan and coat it with 2 teaspoons of each curry power,gradually stir in the cream while simmering on a medium heat,add peas & carrots and put on a medium heat 4 15-20 mins till sauce has thickened,if its still runny add a little cornflour 2 thicken,serve with rice
*SAUSAGE CASEROLE*
*what ul need*
*1 tin of baked beans,1 onion,2 sausages per person ,gravy granuals and 2 oxo cubes*
*method*
Preheat the oven on 170 degrees, Chop the onion into little bits and put in the caserole dish with the sausages and baked beans,then make up enough gravy 2 cover the ingredients make the gravy fairly runny as it will thicken up when heated put the gravy and the crumbled oxo cubes in the dish,put in the oven and leave 4 2 hours stir the ingredients every 30 mins serve with mash potato
*SPICY TOMATOES*
If ur like me and love spicey food ul luv this,get a tin of chop tomatoes and and add some wostershire sauce and pepper this is a gr8 way 2 liven up a tin of tomatoes
