*BELTANE- (BEL-tain) or may day (May 1) is time to welcome the spring.they did this in the olden days by dancing around a maypole......... *MIDSUMMER- or summer solstice (June 21) is the longest day of the year
*LAMMAS- or first harvest (august 1). . . *MABON- (MAY-bahn) or autum equinox (September 21) when night and day are equal again.
